Accidently deleted Macintosh HDD

So I accidently deleted the "Macintosh HDD" and now this is all I see

Backstory: I was trying to install OS Mavericks and it stayed stuck on "4 minutes remaining" for about 2 days. Somebody on the internet told me to partition this and partition that and somewhere along the way I messed up. I have no USB, no external hard drive or disk or anything. This is a simple 2011 macbook air.

I was trying to install OS Lion but when it asked me to select a disk...there was no option. Unfortunately I don't have applecare or any of the other services. No I didn't have timemachine activated, I had no idea what it even was. So right now I'm on "internet recovery mode" just chillin, waiting for a miracle.
