If restarting Mac and reinstalling Skype 6.11 don't fix it, consider http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2090

If your ONLY trouble is with Skype, search or post at Skype's dedicated Skype Community.

If necessary, you can sign into Skype and get help directly from Skype Techincal Support.
