How do I convert a photo?

How do I convert to these spects: 1400 x 1400 pixels,JPG file type, 72 - 300dpi, Less than 25mb, RGB color scheme (not CMYK) ???

DPI has no meaning unless you pic a print size. The key dimension that you mentioned are the pixel dimensions, 1400 x 1400 pixels which is a square image. The 300 dpi only means that it would print a picture that is 4.66 inches square. To export the file at 1400 x 1400 pixels do the following;


1 - crop the image in iPhoto to a square.

2 - export via the File ➙ Export ➙ File Export menu option with the following settings:

Kind = JPEG

Quality = High or Maximum

Size = Custom with maximum dimension = 1400 pixels.
