My question is about Gen. 7 iPod Nano

If you are listening to a particular Radio station is there a way to lock it in? If I touch the iPod Nano or move it - it changes channels. I had a very old iPod Nano and you could lock it so it did not change but of course that was before the Radio. If you know how to do this please share information. Thanks.🙂
