I am trying to order an ibook and my shipping address is set to United Kingdom. I need to change it to the United States but no where under edit shipping does it allow for this. Does anyone know how to do it?

However there may be an issue with the creati card billing address -

I have this same problem. I am trying to order a photo book for delivery in Australia with a UK Credit card billing address. Apple do not allow it unless I have an Australian credit card billing address. The only way is to send to my UK address then send on. I'm in Oz too for a month so thats a shame...
