Q: I preordered Midnight Memories and it came out a while ago, I used the email link to download it after it came out but it didn't work, I also checked 'Available Downloads' and it says that there isn't anything to download

I preordered Midnight Memories and it came out a while ago, I used the email link to download it after it came out but it didn't work, I also checked 'Available Downloads' and it says that there isn't anything to download, this is how it looks in the iTunes store and the one underneath is how it looks in my library. I've turned on the 'Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases' and it's not coming up while anything to download it that way either. I've also looked in my purchases to see if it's there and it only comes up with Story of My Life and Best Song Ever.
