IPAD Air Temperature Warning and Resets

User uploaded file

I have just bought and IPAD Air with T-Moble 4G and I have been experiencing multiple resets and then I get a warning that the Ipad is over temperature and needs to cool down. The Ipad is cool to the touch and I even got this message after it had sat on my night stand. It was cold to the touch and had been off for atleast 6 hours.

I have 20 to 30 .panic.plist files in my dianostic & usage data as well as latest crashes and resetCounters. These crashes have all occoured since 12-3-2013 upto today.I am not sure how to prevent these issues and would appreciate some assistance. This is my first Apple product I have purchased for my own usuage and it can be a bit frustrating dealing with these issues. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 as well, but I am getting hooked on my Ipad.

I have been in the computer industry since the late 1980's and in the support business for the past 17 years. So this is a begruded call for help for what should be the game changer to win me over as a Apple Customer at last.

I appreciate your efforts,
