i opened those port (123,80,443...) on my router but it not work my ipad cannot detect AppleTV

Opening ports onthe firewall has nothing to do with an iPad connecting to the ATV.
The iPad and ATV must be on the same network.

What makes you say that, I'm not suggesting opening ports is a solution here (partly because the OP doesn't say what's wrong), but both AirPlay and home sharing need specific ports to be open. (AirPlay-80, 443, 554, 3689, 5353, 49159 and 49163, Home Sharing-3689 and 5353)
