Do we have an app on iphone that stop programs like netcut which cuts off our ip from surfing the net???

And what if it's illegally ? i have my own wifi with my brothers and i want to troll them , why many chains in iPhones ? i want to be FREE , i'm new to iPhone converted from android , i believe android is a peace of **** because of lags and bugs , i find iOS not bad but has many issues , in android i who control the phone but in iOS the phone who controls me , i wish one day there's be a new OS merged between iOS and android so that gives me the freedom of android and the light and basics from iOS , or apple try to give their users some freedom to use and edit their phones , smartphones invented to make things easy.

look guys i'm new here and saying my review and this is discussions forum , i do have ideas about security , i used to pay pro antivirus and be free to use these apps and it was OK , antivirus told me i'm.
and if i was wrong or "have no idea about something'' you'd better tell me what is the right not just saying 'stop post here'

It is obvious by your posts that you do not understand the way and why Apple does what it does with iOS In terms of security. Go and do a Google search in order to educate yourself as to why Apple "controls" your phone. It is not our job here to argue the merits of one system over another.
