Safari "cancels" shutdown
Safari(or something else?) has deselected the availability of the "quit safari" menu item from my safari menu, and I can't "shut down" with Safari running. Help? Thanks!
Command - option - escape keys will open the Force Quit dialog window.
Select the app and force quit it.
