Q: I am trying to update my ipod and it won't let me... I have done all to do's they give me and still nothing it says it needs internet access there is access...

Can someone please help.

I am trying to update my ipod and keep getting a message its not connected please try again!

I am on the internet so I KNOW its connected and getting someone from apple to help is not easy!
