iOS7 - App update failure

Over the past month or so I have been unable to update any apps on my iPhone 5.
The AppStore shows 34 updates available, but when I go into the the updates, only a handful have icons and information, the rest are blank.
If I click update the circle spins but fails, and if I tap Update All, it does absolutely nothing.

I can still download new apps, and if I delete apps I can reinstall them, but it installs the version I already have.

I've tried everything: rebooting my phone, updating the software, signing in and out of my iTunes account, turning on Automatic Updates.. any other clues?
