It is likely you have the HD version. The iPod you have can only play/sync SD version. You my have to redownload the SD version by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

Do you have the option to redownload the SD version?

Dec 10, 2013 8:56 AM in response to wenayerby wenayer,The only info I found with your links is that I need to download from my past purchases into SD but then it goes on to say the you you need 4.3.3 or later to do this, so is the answer to my question no?
