Free Mobile LTE - France (20815)

Hello

My operator have LTE with 2600 mhz ( LTE Band 7) for France Free Mobile (20815)

Actually i have Carrier 15.5 with this operator but i haven't LTE (4G) on my iPhone 5S.

My Sim-Card is good on android's phone (Nexus 5, LG G2...) for LTE (4G)

I am very disappointed by Apple for no update carrier , we paid for 4G LTE but we can't use with iPhone 5S (or 5C) only slow 3G.

When apple do update for this carrier ?

Maybe with next iOS 7.1 beta ?

Talk to Free Mobile. They are a supported carrier, but they do not support LTE on the iPhone at this time. See this link: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1937

It's up to your carrier to have their network tested and certified as compatible, and to push out a carrier update to enable it. It's not up to Apple.

I know they do not support LTE on the iPhone but on other phones LTE are supporting 4G on Free Mobile (LG G2, Nexus 5, Nokia Lumia 925, Blackberry Z10..).

Free Mobile say it's Apple will do update carrier for have LTE (band 7 2600mhz).

With near Christmas, a lot of people want buy a new phone with 4G (LTE) now.

New contract is for mobile with 4G, illimited SMS/MMS/mins and 20GB data on LTE if we are on 3G we have only 3GB data for same price !!!!

Then iPhone are very penalizing mainly iPhone 5S and 5C have LTE band 7 (2600mhz)

#1: It is up to your carrier to get their network certified and offer support for LTE on the iPhone. If they are telling you it's Apple's responsibility, then they either don't know what they are talking about or they are just blowing you off to get you off the phone.

#2: This is a USER forum. No one here can do anything about it either way.
