Keep getting Apple ID or password incorrect message, have changed it about a dozen times, cannot update apps.

I am unable to use icloud, itunes, etc. When I enter my password, I get Apple ID or password incorrect message. I have tried changing it multiple times to no avail.

iPhone 5, iOS 7
