About 4 GBs. 🙂

It means when the computer was made and tested Apple certified it for 4 GBs of RAM. However, the design permits up to 8 GBs, but at the time 8 GB modules were either not available or very expensive, so Apple only certified it for 4 GBs. Since then it has been tested by some vendors like OWC who found it runs fine with 8 GBs.

Maybe in return for this community's help you could encourage your company to make this Jive software work a bit better. We have posted lots of complaints to our moderators. 🙂 Some issues:

  1. Disappearing posts. A post is made to a topic, we are notified, but when we go to the topic that post does not appear.
  2. Sometimes images fail to render.
  3. Notifications stop working or only partially work.
  4. No spel chekking.

There are other complaints, but these are most frequently mentioned.

Sorry for dumping on you like this. 🙂
