Despite what support says, the "None" button is not there.
Because I'm supposed to "review" this information and I cannot get past this step I am unable to perform necessary updates. Has anybody found a recent way of getting past this issue?

i have the same issue when i purchase any app it requires a verifiyng method while all my information is been good all the time before but still dosent want to purchase i have 80 Dollars left cannot spent whay?
