Second hand iphone 4s on ebay

where can i find the previous owner email, so I can email him about the iphone I bought on ebay...

or who can I write? the seller didnt have it... I have the imei on hand of the iphone.😕😟😐

Unfortunately, in this case you would have a problem, because you won't find it except the seller has it. I would recommend to send the iPhone back and to request a refund from the seller.

If the seller cannot provide it to you, or put you in contact with the previous owner, there is nothing anyone else can do to help you. iOS 7's activation lock will make that device useless to you unless you can get in touch with the previous owner.

If you can, send it back or complain to eBay if the seller will not take it back or help you.
