Q: I am having difficulty downloading my phone book to my ford escape sync system.  The phone is synced but not my phone book. I have watched several videos but none have been helpful.  How do I get my iphone 5s phone book onto my car sync system?

I just got an Iphone 5s and my phone book will not download to sync?  This is an upgrade from an Iphone 4 where I had no issues with the phonebook download.  Can you contact me?  What I have tried so far:

Deleted phone from Sync twice and reloaded twice

When I try voice command it tells me phone book is downloading.

When I access the phonebook screed it says phonebook is empty.

I have taken it off Auto Download and tried unsuccessfully to download

Phone is paired ok and I can dial numbers directly or receive calls.

I have a 2013 Escape - I went to the Ford page and it tells me I have the latest Sync Software downloaded Aug 12, 2013  Gen2 - V3.6.2
