You cannot play WMA audio files in iTunes. However, the Windows version of iTunes can convert WMA files to either MP3 or AAC format, which iTunes can play, as long as the song file does not have DRM (copy protection).


You need to find the location of the actual audio files that are used by Windows Media Player. Then, drag the song files (or the folder containing the song files) to the iTunes window and drop them on the music library. Or use the File -> Add to Library command.
