Q: I have an iphone 5, for AT&T and it says my sim card is invaild but it is an activated sim card from at&t? how can i bypass that and just get into the phone to use it.

I cant find out my operating system because it's locking me out of my iphone 5 and i cant get into the phone, period and i just want to be able to use the iphone.

Contact AT&T you need a Valid SIM

Then take it in to an Apple Store and have the Device checked... Be sure to make an appointment first.

You can try this support document for troubleshooting no SIM, http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4148 however there is no way to get past no SIM errors and use the device.
