Multiple Color Screens in iMovie or Final Cut Pro?

So I am doing some video editing for a project at school. I am using a green screen as a background. I wrapped some things in blue duct-tape in order to blue-screen them. Is there anyway I can use both a blue screen and a green screen in one clip? I have iMovie and Final Cut Pro. I am new to Final Cut Pro so I am not 100% sure about all of its features. If these programs cannot, are there any movie editing programs that do? Thanks for your time. My goal is to have a green screened background while blue screening fake swords and stuff to make them look "light-sabery".
