I have a brand-new iPhone 5c and every time I try to repair the connection between my phone and my computer, I get the message "This device is not configured correctly (Code 1)."
What on earth does this mean, and how can I fix it?

And if you tell me to update to the current iTunes, I will not be happy, because I have already done that easily five times.
Then we simply will not tell you anything.
