I am planning to give my iPhone 4s to my mum as I got my iPhone 5s today. I wanted to have two different Apple ID's for each and manage the data in each device using one iTunes software. How do I add another account in iTunes so that each phone has an entirely different content?
Would you know how to cut all the messages and contacts from my 4s and paste it to the new 5s?

Create a New User Account for each User.
