When trying to set up a voicemail message the phone seems to freeze up. You also have to let the old message play before you can sometimes record a new one.i took it to the apple store, the same thing happened to my apple care helpers phone.
I can't get my phone to record a voice mail without having to call my phone and create new voice message.
