However... If your Device has iOS 7 installed they will not be able to use it because of the Activation Lock.

Dec 11, 2013 3:37 AM in response to applejayy628by Elitegate,Well if the iPod (same goes for iPhone and iPad) was restored, you can't track it. With iOS 7 you have the Activation Lock feature, means that the thief/founder can't use it useless he/she enter your Apple ID and password.
