Play Audio Record Video Conflict

Hey I am not sure if this is a hardware issue or if it is fixable by lns of codes. But I am wondering why we cannot play audio on any bluetooth speaker and record video at the same time from our iphones or ipads? I have not tested this on other phone models yet, but anyways, I just want to know if it fixable?? If so, please do.
