Converting Apple contacts to MS Office Contacts

How can I transfer my Apple Mac Contacts information to MS Office for Mac 'Contacts'?

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013), iOS 7.0.4

Create a folder on your desktop and drag the cards out to it.

Those are vcf files Office should undersand as vCard.

Hi,

It's easy to go from Outlook Contacts to OS Contact, however the other way around I think you would be best served by exporting the contacts as VCF files and then importing them into Outlook. There is a Office for Mac Product Forums you can post on if you need additional help.
