iPhone 4S not showing mirroring icon

Hi

I am trying to use the Reflector App to record from my iMac screen how I use the iPhone.

When I connect my iPad to iMac via AirPlay mirroring, it work just fine. But when I try the same with my iPhone i doesn't!

I can see the AirPlay icon, but not the mirroring button or icon.

I have tried turning off the router, turning the iPhone off but nothing changes.

Both iPhone and iMac run the latest OS.

I so wish for a solution :-(
