Will he have gotten my texts?

So I just found out my mom blocked this guy's number from my phone using smart limits, so everytime I try to text him I get a message that says "We're sorry but the phone number you are trying to text has been blocked by your wireless account owner."

My question is, will he have gotten the texts I sent him, or will it just not have sent? Like would it have been intercepted by smart limits?
