iPad 2 and iPad 3 LCD interchangeable ????

I broke my iPad 2 LCD display I was wondering since the both have same design, size shape etc. just want to be sure If we can interchange the display. I have to change LCD anyway, so wondering if I could use iPad 3 LCD which is of higher resolution for my iPad 2.

IF ANYONE IS SURE THIS CAN BE DONE. IPAD 3 DISPLAY CAN BE PUT INTO IPAD 2. ??????
