ical - time error after daylight savings

after daylight savings all my events are one hour behind on my mac. My iPhone has the correct time and then it shows up one hour later on my computer? Any way to fix this?

MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
