Do both phones have to be on a WiFi network for FaceTime to work
I need to make a Face Time call. I can be on a WiFi network, but not sure the receiving phone can. Will it still work?
iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4
FaceTime can work using cellular data if both carriers support it.
