Hi Apple Support

1. I should update my Beolit 12 lautspeaker, and the manufacturer asks me to open 'Bonjour' in the bookmarks. I can see that 'Bonjour' should already be installed on my Mac Pro 15 (Brand New), but I can nod seem to find it. Below, you can see the instructions from B&O.
2. I have a problem with the Beolit 12: the network connection often falls out, and after that I have to open 'sounds' and reconnect the device.

How do I update software on Beolit 12 with Apple Safari?

Follow the steps below to update software on Beolit 12 using Apple Safari:

1. Connect Beolit 12 to the mains and connect it to your router with an Ethernet cable.
2. Make sure that your computer and Beolit 12 are in the same network.
3. On Beolit 12, press the On/Off button shortly. Then wait for the On/Off button to become solid white.
4. On Beolit 12, press the network button shortly. Then wait for the network button to become solid white. This takes approximately 2 minutes.
5. Open the Apple safari browser (download it here: www.apple.com/safari *).
6. Click the book icon   on the left side of the bookmarks bar.
7. Open Bonjour from your list of bookmarks.
8. Double-click Beolit12_XXXXXXXX** from the list and wait for the Beolit 12 Setup page to load.
9. Select the menu UPDATE PRODUCT SOFTWARE.
10. Click YES if you are sure that you would like to proceed with the update. Once started, the update process must not be interrupted or stopped.
11. Now you can close the Beolit Setup page on your computer.
12. While the software update is in progress, the Beolit 12 buttons flash. Wait until the On/Off button becomes solid white, which indicates that the software update is complete. The software update takes approximately 5 minutes.
13. When the On/Off button is solid white, you can disconnect the Ethernet cable between Beolit 12 and your router.

* When Safari is installed, make sure that ‘Install Bonjour for Windows’ is selected.
When using Safari on a MAC, make sure that “Include Bonjour” is selected for ‘Bookmarks bar’, ‘Bookmarks menu’ and ‘Collections’ in the preference menu for Safari (open Safari and select Safari -> Preferences).

** 'XXXXXXXX' corresponds to the serial number of your Beolit 12. If you have changed the name of your Beolit 12, the name you have chosen is shown instead.
