I have a PC with Windows 7 and I have the current version of iTunes (11.1.3.8).

How do I increase the font size in itunes ?

Are you mostly using the Songs view, Gina?

If so, try going into your general preferences tab, and check the "Use large text for list views" box, and click OK. Does that text size work better for you?
