Iphone 4s IOS 7.04 upgrade bluetooth problem

Since upgrading to IOS 7.04 the blutooth connections on my IPAD have been lost.

At the same time I upgraded the itunes app

When I turn bluetooth on:

• The Devices section is greyed out
• it continuously searches for devices but cannot connect (the connectiing symbol is activer but greyed out
• Although the iphone tells me it is discoverable (also greyed out) it cannot be found

is there a patch or fix for this problem

Are there others with a similar issue
