Having trouble updating my apps

I am having trouble with my iPhone It keep saying that I made a purchase, my iPhone won't allow me to update my Apps, anytime I try updating my apps it keep saying that their is a problem with a previous purchase. I don't understand what's going on. I need help please.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4
