I can transfer about 90% of my movies, but the two I just bought on a blu-ray+dvd+digital copy (which show us as HD in my library) won't transfer. Accorcing to iTunes, my device can't play them. why is this?

What model iPod do you have? On the 4G and later can play/sync HD videos. You may have t use a third-party program to convert to compatible format.

I got it years and years ago, I'm not entirely sure what "model" it is. I think it's a third gen.
If it does not have cameras it is a 3G or earlier
it doesn't have any cameras
The it is a 3G and those will one sync/play SD videos.
If you can't convert them to SD format using a program like the free HandBrake then you are out of luck.
