I downloaded an app, but now I can't uninstall it

So I downloaded an app called iFruit as a companion to GTAV. Didn't like it, tried uninstalling it. Simply x'ing it out of my iphone was not enough so I went on my computer and tried to delete through itunes. No dice. Tried deleting the file off my computer that iTunes had synced, still no dice. As of right now it just sits there and I can't click on it, just takes up space. AFAIK it's taking up space so I just want it gone. Any suggestions?
