SYNC PROBLEMS WITH VIDEOS HELP

I transferred 2 videos from my computer to the videos app on my iphone. How can I get the videos and add them to my photo albums which have videos and pictures so I can send the 2 videos. I can only watch the videos I can't do anything else with them.
