Q: Update my APN settings

Hello, I would like to update my APN settings. When I clicked on the Cellular OPTION in settings, there was only cellular Data option but not the "Cellular Data Network Option". Then how can I update my APN settings?

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1.3
