Q: what to do if you have photos on your iPhone's camera roll for the last 30 days that don't get uploaded to photo stream?
what to do if you have photos on your iPhone's camera roll for the last 30 days that don't get uploaded to photo stream?
I have an iPhone 4S and from the time I updated to IOS7 photostream has given me some troble:
1 - Some photos don't upload.
ex: I take 10 pictures on my iPhone. when I get to a wifi spot 1 or 2 photos don't get uploaded to photo stream.
This doesn't always happen but I can say that from about 200 pictures I found around 15 that were not uploaded.
You can't force a photo to up load to photo stream right? It's really frustrating to have to manually check. This is suppose to e hassle free and seamles process.
2 - photos desapear from Photo stream before the 30 days.
ex: I'm on a trip and take pictures almoast every day. I have pictures in my camera roll from the last 4 month. Today is the 12th of December 2013 so I would expect to have photos in my photo stream from the 11th of November. But in photo strem my 1st picture available is from the 5th of December.
I don't have my mac with me and am relying on the upload of photostream to back up mu iPhone photos. It was working fine with IOS6 but now I don't think I can trust it.
Are this problem being solved?
Is there anything you can do about it?
Can you force photos to Photo stream from your iPhone?
Or do I have to back up all my pictures to a external hard drive and manualy check all of them when I get home...?
thank you
