I went through the FAQ for this error message, but the UpperFilters are already set. What now?
Can you post a screenshot of the contents of the key you've been editing, please? Include all of the regedit screen, including the left-hand column. Save the screenshot to an image file, and insert the image file in a reply by clicking the wee camera icon at the top of the reply window.
For example, this is what I'm seeing when I look at my key:
Thanks for the help. As an aside, everything seems to work but my wife gets annoyed by that error message always popping up. Here's the screenshot:
Interesting ... everything's looking okay there.
Go back through the Registry settings document. At step 12 press the enter/return key after typing GEARAspiWDM and before clicking OK. (This adds a carriage return to the field, which can be important.)
Does that help with the error message?
If I'm getting the error "the registry settings used by the itunes drivers for importing ... etc..." but the UpperFilters is already set to "GEARAspiWDM", then what?
