Q: I want to share my calendar with my work outlook.  My iphone is sharing with my ipad but I can't get the calendar to share with my work calendar

I want to share my calendar on my Iphon with my work calendar "Outlook".  When I enter a event on my iphone it is sharing with my ipad but not my work calendar.  Help?
