How do I delete VPP codes from Apple Configurator 1.4?

I have updated Apple Configurator to 1.4, and have "null" VPP codes. I have imported new codes from VPP, but can't delete the "null" codes. I believe the null codes are interferring with the new codes.

iPad, iOS 7.0.4

This is a known issue (the "null" VPP codes). There's another thread addressing this:
