By Chrome, iTunes, practically any app I open. And no matter how many times I enter it in, another 20 minutes later it asks again.
The dialogue box is "(Application) wants to use the "login" keychain. Please enter the keychain password."

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with the keychain issue you are experiencing. I recommend running the Keychain First Aid for the issue you are experiencing:
To check keychains for problems using Keychain First Aid:
- Open Keychain Access, located in the Utilites folder in the Applications folder.
- Choose Keychain Access > Keychain First Aid.
- Enter your user name and password.
- Select Verify and click Start. Any problems found will be displayed.
- If there are problems, select Repair, and then click Start.

I tried that, and it didn't find any errors, but all my apps are still asking for it.
This is what it read:
