Recovering videos from icloud?

I saw that you can download pictures from your Shared photos to the camera roll, so in an attempt to save space i added ALL my photos and videos into a shared album, and then deleted them from my camera roll & photo stream & videos, etc. Now I was trying to put everything back on my photo stream to download it to my computer, and I see that I can't share the videos!

Can anybody help me? Does anyone have any idea of how to recover my videos?? Is there a way that I could put them on to dropbox, or facebook, or something in a way that I can get them on to my computer?? Please tell me yes :/ I would so so much appreciate it if someone could help me save them

Do you mind just clarifying to me what that article says? I'm not sure I understand it. It looks like it's saying something about backing it up through iTunes? Or does it mean that i could only recover it if I had had iCloud backup enabled before I deleted the videos from my photo stream originally? Because I didn't :/
