iTunes Match has matched a number of my songs but will not let me download the new 256 version as promised with my subscription. This is the only reason I wanted the service - so I could download versus re-ripping my 1000 CDs (which were originally only ripped at 128k).
Apple phone support doesn't exist for itunes and I've followed every advised solution online.
How can I even request the refund? It's only been 48 hours since I subscribed and I'm trying to move fast if I'm going to have to resort to re-ripping all of my store bought CDs.
Please advise.
