Hand the phone into the police and they will find the owner of the phone.

Hand the phone in because you will never be able to use it.

You can't and please stop spamming this forum with meaningless questions that have been answered again and again.

If you have an activation lock on the phone and you can't get the original details, then you can never use the phone - end of.

If the phone is locked, then you need to get it unlocked by the carrier it is locked to and that is it - contact the carrier because nobody here can help you.

That's not a valid IMEI number.

Also: Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support
