When I go to my servers website (in this case Charter.net) and log in to check my e-mail, I cannot get in. Nothing happens when I push the E-Mail button except the page dims. Push it again and the page lights up again, but no e-mail access.
When I go to my servers website (in this case charter.net) and log in to check my e-mail, nothing happens except the page lightens. Click the e-mail button again and the page returns to normal lighting but still no access to e-mail. Phone calls to Charter have not solved the problem. They suggest contacting Apple.
